Hello! Thank you for your interest in being a Contestant of the Miss Vietnam of Northern California Intercollegiate Pageant. Please fill out the application, then proceed to pay the non-refundable application processing fee. The $25 application processing fee has been discounted to $10 until August 31, 2011. The application deadline is September 30, 2011.

Application Process
- Complete the online application
- Pay the application processing fee via Google Checkout
- Submit an UNEDITED photo of yourself (shoulders up) to missvietnam@norcaluvsa.org
We will not process your application without all of the above requirements.
Contestant Qualifications
- Must be female and always have been a female since birth
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 26 years by the day of the Pageant
- Must currently be enrolled in a Northern California college/university or have graduated from a Northern California university within the past year
- Must currently be a resident in Northern California
- Must never have been married, be currently not pregnant, and have never given birth to a child
- Must be of at least 1/16th (one-sixteenth) Vietnamese ancestry
- Must have never been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor
- Must have never posed nude or been a subject of any sexual indecency
